Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball

To be eligible for extra curricular sporting activities, students must have:

Attained 5th Grade Level.
A signed Parents/Guardian Permission Form
No failing grades or unsatisfactory conduct. Students with failing grades will be asked to withdraw from the sporting activity until they have a passing grade.
